RETURNS POLICY

The goods once delivered can be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery. To lodge your complaint you may contact our customer care or email at support@cannameds.in. All returned items must be accompanied by a original bill, receipt, complaint number, return/exchange authorization number and good must be in an original condition as delivered.

Including the above the following conditions must also be fulfilled:

Return& Exchange will be accepted in the following conditions:

  • Wrong or damaged product has been delivered.
  • Wrong quantity of product is delivered.
  • Product delivered is expired or is about to expire within a month.

In order to raise return complaint following condition has to be fulfilled:

  • Must furnish the proof that the goods were delivered as claimed by the customer and for that customermust record the video while opening the delivered package. In the video the batch number and all the other details of the product must be clearly visible so that the same can be cross verifiedby the team of CANNAMEDS,inorder to initiate the return
  • The request for return must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of goods which needs special care, all the necessary steps must be taken for it till the time it is recollected by our agent.
  • In case if a wrong product has been delivered the request for return must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery (including the date of delivery).
  • Original sales invoice has to be returned for processing the return.
  • Products which require specific storage conditions (temperature controlled) cannot be returned (vials, injections, vaccines, pen fills, etc). No exchange of such product will be accepted proof of claim. A clear video as mentioned in bullet point 1 has to be made available.

(The field executive or agent will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met)

No request for return will be accepted in the following conditions:

  • No request for return for Used, Partially or fully stripped, open product, etc. will be accepted.
  • Any product with damaged packaging has to be returned on the spot by denying to accept the delivery. No request for return will be accepted at the later stage.
  • In case if the delivery of the product is delayed by more than 15 days and the person do need the product anymore, then he shall deny to accept the delivery of the product on the spot. No request for return will be accepted at the later stage.
  • No request for return will be accepted for products which require specific storage conditions (temperature controlled) like vials, injections, vaccines, pen fills, etc. without proof of claim.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days and in case of returned goods after we received returned product in same condition we delivered the goods. Refund shall be subject to deduction of the shipping cost wherever it is applicable in the cases where the orders are cancelled on the date of delivery. In such cases, the shipping cost is non-refundable.Extra charges for COD.     Products sold under promotional activity/sale/trial packs/damaged used products are all excluded from exchange or refund.
